Please read these terms before using Spark Messaging.
Agreement
By accessing or using Spark Messaging websites, APIs, or dashboards, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, unlawful content, harassment, or messages that violate carrier rules or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or harm deliverability.
Fees & wallet
Fees are charged per successful pricing rules published on the site or in your order. Wallet balances are non-interest bearing. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our billing policy communicated at purchase.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. See SLA summary and status for operational expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Messaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice where practical.
